- Get a necessary amount of units and customize your own monitoring service package
- Enter web hosts you wish to monitor and select an appropriate monitoring service for each. We currently monitor:

- You can also define a custom server port to monitor - we will check it on protocol level to ensure that the service on the specified port is not refusing connections.
- Your service monitoring begins automatically after you register the service in our monitoring list. It will be carried out at specific intervals you choose in your set-up. You can set a specific interval for every single service.
- Once jaGuard.net detects a critical error on your website, it will put the latter on watch and check it some more times to ensure that it is not a local outage. This helps to prevent false alarms.
- After the error is confirmed, you will be notified of the problem via e-mail you have provided in your account information. We would recommend you to set up a separate e-mail account for monitoring service purposes, i.e. an account not connected with the services monitored. Otherwise, you will not be able to receive monitoring messages until the web host is up again.
- Once the problem is fixed, you will receive a notification that your website is up.
- You can also check monitoring statistics by entering your account on our website. jaGuard.net provides you with real-time data, interactive charts and monitoring history for the last 3 month. It is a great tool to trace downtime tendency and improve website online performance.
